the check-in process was quick. the receptionists were very friendly. my double room had a direct view onto the atlantic ocean, a very fine feature. the room was generally clean, and the ensuite bathroom included a big walk-in shower, a nice addition.
the television reception was poor, making it difficult to watch tv in the evenings.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely and well presented. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very friendly, which improved the experience. breakfast had good choices with fabulous harbour views.

the hotel has a superb location very close to the beach and near touring routes to sligo and donegal. it's very close to bundoran, an advantage for exploring the surrounding areas. the hotel sits directly at the harbour.

The hotel offered a great location right on the seafront, and I found easy parking available. I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. It included amazing sea views. The swimming pool was a welcome amenity, and the sauna provided relaxation.
The television in the room was too small, and it lacked channel options.

The harbor views are great from the room i stayed in. staff was good overall. Some may lack experience but were attentive. the food was good, and the booze selection was acceptable. i can't complain. I would return to this hotel if i am in sligo again.
I noticed a distinct lack of some extra comforts in the room. For example, there was no soap by the sink, only shower gel.
